Read and sign the Membership Agreement, pass the background check, and move your business in.

FAQ Before You Book a Tour

Is this a lease?

Not in the traditional sense. Instead, you sign a Membership Agreement and pay a flat rate for the length of your agreement, with a minimum of 2 months commitment. If you would like to upgrade to a larger space or move to a smaller one during your agreement period, we’ll renegotiate the rate. A Catalyst associate can go over our rates and term length options with you in more detail during your tour.

What’s included in the monthly price?

All basic utilities and building taxes are rolled into your Membership Rate.

How long am I committing to?

We offer month-to-month agreements with a 2-month minimum commitment up to a full-year agreement.

Can I grow into a bigger suite later?

Absolutely! Whether it is in this building or one of our other locations, we can provide a larger suite, up to 4,000 sq. ft., and update your Membership Agreement and pricing accordingly with NO penalties or extra fees.

Can I meet clients here?

Yes! In addition to your private suite, Catalyst Suites offers meeting rooms, a professional address, and mail and package handling depending on the terms of your agreement.

Is there parking?

Parking is dependent on availability. There are paid parking spaces as well as free street parking options.

Do you have front-desk staff my clients can speak with?

Yes. During our business hours, our front desk staff is happy to answer general questions, sign for packages, and more. We’re also happy to help first-time clients coming to the building find their way to your business.
